Hey hi, i saw your model image , n setting, try these settings , might help you to reduce render time.

I do this... and it works friends... set affinity to low from task manager than its easy . you can render and work on model too in other file.

P L F T for views V - C for selecting camera views Shift+C = to hide cameras from viewports shift+L = to hide lights from viewports Alt+W to maximize viewport F3 & F4 Shift+L = to hide spline work from model and last but not the least ..... SHIFT + Q to render :)
