  1. hey guys, here: http://www.imagesfx.cz/pub/cga/GlassTutorial.htm you can find a small tip how to improove your glass. Maybe someone will find it helpful Jan
  2. I can't open the link - does anyone have direct link to their website ( I can't find them on the net ). thx Jan
  3. btw: ask anyone from Neoscape about Vray and FormZ, I think they use this combination very extensively. I also have Vray and FormZ, but still sticked in Autocad and don't have time to learn FormZ, what is really shame I think. Jan
  4. one small note: I would preffer to export FormZ model to Max as DWG, beacuse 3DS has that silly limitation of 65.000 tringles ( I believe it comes from Integer maximum value of a number - programming thing ).
  5. I don't think it matters if you have your model triangulated or not. Just one difference comes with viewport speed in Max - and as one said above, use AutoEdge for nice clean mesh in the viewport. So the conclusion is, triangulated model just disturbing our eyes not Vray speed jan
  6. Chris, I thought you have 3000 processors at DD jan
  7. Thanks for such nice comments. regarding design: it is not mine so i can't comment it so much regrading TV: if you can look at the whole design carefuly, the whole flat ( at least this level ) is wrong in terms of functionality - th TV position is just one thing of many. As you guyz asked about the shadows leaks - it is not main problem with LS anymore, you know I use LS almost 5 years and when I model I don't think about how to model right for LS - I just do it right - and also, now in days of very powerfull computers you can set very high details for radiosity computing and almost all bad things are gone just because the settings. btw: actually, the modeling was done in MAX+Autocad+Maya ( it is standard mix of ours work ). regards Jan
