  1. Thanks Francisco Penaloza~ The 'affect shadows' really helps a lot... but the black is still there... just not that dark... I checked the normals again...The interesting thing is that Even though they all showing that they are facing the right direction, I mean...outward... but some of them are actually been reversed... I think... cause I rendered a close up, there is no transparence at all for those ones(I tried both double and single side). I selected some of the faces, reversed them , and the black turns to transparent... But it's really a big deal to find out which face is reversed and which is not... I'm trying to rebuild the face in realflow... good luck to me~lol~
  2. Thanks for the advice... but I tried to increase the Max depth of the Refraction to 120(The default is 8)... it's still black...maybe there is something wrong with the realflow mesh...
  3. Hi, I'm using vray for maya2013 in order to render water droplets, the mesh was generated by realflow, I use default vray sky and vray sun, and a spot light, The problem is the black area in some droplets, I try to change the camera angle, they are still there~ seems that the problem is form the refraction layer~ Thanks alot~~
