    Haha yeah it was just such a persuasive argument, but I did do some additional research and reading up. True, Vray is always a trustworthy product, I look forward to testing out the GPU capabilities!

    Does anyone know of a desktop app that can be used to view the thumbnail of a 3Ds Max file. It would be great for efficiency and time saving when scouring through an asset library looking for a suitable asset, for example furniture for interior scenes. If not, is there anything you do that is an efficient way to view and sort libraries. The only way I have at the moment is to view a file in 3ds Max but this a slower process.

    I currently use Vray 3.7 and am considering upgrading to Vray Next? Is it worth it? Are there many differences? What is your experience? Thanks!!

    I have the same issue with the spinner jumping when dragged beyond the edge of the screen. I read somewhere that it could be an issue caused by a Windows 10 update that happened a while ago.

    Thanks Jose and Jesper, seems autodesk fix one thing and break another each release. I recently changed from 2016 which I found incredibly glitchy to 2019 and it has been a lot more stable and haven’t experienced any massive problems.

    Thanks for the replies, I ended up purchasing serveral CG source HDRIs and they’re awesome quality.

    Thanks Terri, I had not heard of Maxtree there stuff looks really good quality! I also found a bundle of HDRIs from VizPeople for £50 which seemed pretty good value.

    Weird problem I have been experiencing in this scene. Two standard Vray materials with zero reflection set yet the bitmap of one material is projecting on to the other opposite object. (image attached) I have tried importing to new scenes but it doesn't seem to solve the issue. I cant figure out what the issue could be! Anyone?
