yes sir. if i wanna performance gain then i would like to add some render node instead of overclock. now im very happy because im moved to cold area in foot of merapi mountain. its very breeze and ambient temps drop to 15 degree celcius.

Dear all. i have 6700k at stock speed 4 ghz. and im planning to overclock at 4.5 ghz. the question is it worthed the performance gain in rendering? and do the cooler master 212 could handle the temp at 4.5 ghz ? ambient temp in here indonesia is quite high about 36 degree celcius without air conditioning. thanks in advance

The operating system is windows 8.1 64 bit Im affraid the on-off-on-boot sequence will crush my hdd as mechanical parts. I dont know about the fast boot. Should i enable or disable the fast boot ? Thank you Sir

I've been built small pc for ws 3dsmax and vray since a week ago. Everything okay untill i notice strange behaviour on my pc. When i push the power button, the cpu fan spin only for approximately 2 second and then its shutdown. After then, the system is on again and boot. The sequence are ON - OFF - ON - BOOT The system are. i7 6700k, gigabyte z170 hd3, ddr 4 2133mhz 2x8gb, gpu amd hd6670, psu seasonic g650 retail Anybody have experienced this ?

Okay then i will overclock the all four cores at 4.2 ghz. Thats enough for my purpose and hsf i think. Hope cm 212 could handle this. Thank you for the enlighment Sir

Maybe it is because thernal throttling My cooler is cooler master hyper 212x turbo. I could affordd the noctua nh d15 but im affraid the noctua will bend my thinner skylake cpu green substrate

But 6700k supposed to be run at 4.2 ghz not 3.9 ghz like picture above. I have checked the power management and set to high performance cpu. Then bios setting the turbo boost has enabled too. My mobo gigabyte z170 hd3.maybe my processor has a bug in the microcode ? Thank you Sir

Sir, my new cpu i7 6700 k when render can't reach its full speed. Its only run 99% at 3.9 ghz onstantly from build lc prepass then render. Anybody have an idea ?
