  1. Thanks a lot Chris, that script seemed to have fixed the issue. Cheers !
  2. Im currently rendering another project with Autodesk materials applied to it, and it doesn't show up with this error or this early microsoft windows graphics.....I guess it must have something to do with that specific project and the settings.....But I can't seem to think of, or find any deviations to the settings.
  3. Now im starting to think it may have something to do with the settings. This is how it comes out with no materials applied.
  4. Also, every material applied is a vray material.
  5. Hey guys, as the title states this warning is popping up on the render. And as a result I am getting a completely messed up rendering. Here is picture attached. Anyone have any idea what's going on? (Vray 3dsmax) Cheers Kent
  6. Hi guys, as the title suggests, for some reason my renders when saved as an EXR file in vray and opened in photoshop, look extremely washed out (compared with the render shown in the render box in vray). However, when I save the file as a TIF/JPEG/PNG in vray and open it in photoshop, it looks normal (when compared with the render shown in vray). Cheers
  7. Ahah. Ok I see. So enabling the displacement along with the activated bump maps on the "selected materials" would be the reason certain areas of the render were distorted? Also another question, obviously I am using the displacement wrongly as it is creating such distorted renderings then? Cheers Chris, your help is greatly appreciated!
  8. Yep. Thanks Chris! Seems to have fixed the issue! Any explanation as to why it would have been doing it? What exactly does the displacement do on vray? Once again, thanks for your help!
  9. Disabling the displacement in the global switches you mean? Sorry, I am still relatively new to vray still. I'm trying it now on another render which also had the same problem. I'll let you know.
  10. Hey guys, the renders I have been doing (vray 3dsmax) have been acting up. It seems like it may have something to do with the texture maps? I'm not entirely sure, but I previously had this problem and I had changed the size of the texture maps which fixed this problem. However, no matter what I do, I still get this distortion shown with the red circles in the image attached. Any one have any ideas what may be causing this problem? Thanks in advanced
