  1. I think the first thing you should do is try and install a different version of vray and see if it works. THis way you can start eliminating potential issues one at a time..
  2. try changing your render settings to Bruteforce + Lightcache. It's the easiest way to eliminate flickering but will greatly increase your render times
  3. try updating your device drivers and see
  4. looks good, just render out image passes so you have more control over the reflections, shadows etc in photoshop
  5. same thing used to happen to me when i upgraded to Win 8.1, had to eventually revert to Win 7
  6. you can use the bruteforce render setup which will eliminate all splotches but increase render times significantly. Alternatively, render an irradiance map & lightcache for each frame, and test the results
  7. Awesome job. what's your post production pipeline? there are a number of things you can do after rendering to further push the realism of a render.
