  1. Sounds like your ram is not enough for your current scene. If it hits near 100% while rendering, that's the problem. Either optimize your scene or get more ram Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Check that you're not forcing vray too much by lighting your scene correctly. Then check your GI settings. It looks like an irradiance map problem. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. In PS I use screen blending mode for compositing. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. Does it have to be 3D? You could just render your project, and take a photo of the wall in similar lighting conditions to composite the whole thing in PS later. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. I tend to light most of my interiors with a light dome with an hdri map , sometimes with a vray sun as well, unless the windows were really small, then it wouldn't make much difference to the overall look of the image, and just use a vray sky with the sun turned off. The hdri always gives you a more natural look because it's a photo of a real sky so I tend to use those the most Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Some of the polygons of the wall have a correct mapping while others don't. Just apply a uv map modifier on top of that wall as box, and play with the values until it looks right Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Can you post a photo of the material you're trying to recreate ? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. Were you able to fix it? Put a white material in the override slot and test Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Cool So what is that option made for? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Yeah that's pretty weird. Is it only in that scene? Make a new scene and check if it renders ok Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. ^good to know it's working now! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. You know I can't see the image you uploaded (using tapatalk here), but, does the rendered part have a red outline around it? If it does, then you're using the "render section" option in the vfb. Uncheck one of the teapots that should be checked right now and render again. Hope this helps. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. ^yeah sometimes all you can do to solve a problem is delete the geometry causing the problem and model it again or even start a new scene and copy stuff over. I do that when I import models from revit. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Is the scale of the project correct? It could be that too Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. Try some water materials from vraymaterials.de Maybe there's something wrong with your material Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
