We are a real time content developer that have created a proprietory real time modeling tool ( peolpe often comment that it is very similar to SketchUP ) we recently released a 3ds exporter for our solution and many of our professional service customers are now asking for high quality architectural stills to compliment their real time models. This is not our area of expertise so we are seeking a contract partner to take the 3ds export from our real time models and set up lighting etc and render out high quality images on an ongoing basis contract basis. I have attached a screen snapshot from one of our real time models the objective here is to use the same geometry but make the image come alive.
