Hi Francisco, Thanks for the advice. I have tried turning off GI skylight, indirect illumination and both but then the image comes out black and white. Can you let me know what specifically you mean by using opacity vs translucency? I can't seem to figure this out. I have made each color material transparent in the diffuse layer in the material editor. Thanks again!

Hi all, First time here on the forum. I have what seems like a very simple issue that I can't seem to resolve despite many setting adjustments. I am trying to make very simple diagrammatic renders. Diffuse color materials with 85 black opacity (no reflection/ refraction layers). I am also not using lights or a sun system, just GI with white background on. Where two transparent planes overlap tends to be very grainy - see image. Any suggestions? Thanks!
