Here is my two cents... i think the road should be flat and then you would want to keep the houses as vertical as you can. I think you should be able to do this in PHS - but i'm no expert.
Started arch-viz in 2017 using Sketchup/ Vray and Photoshop but i'm looking into other platforms too. Loving the info in this forum and will be checking it out, hoping to network with people i can learn from.
