thank you James ; i updated drivers but still having same problems in both versions i dont really know what else to do coz i dont know what's causing this problem. it isnt even an old system

Hello everyone ive just started to learn 3dmax. first i tried to work on max 2017 but the snaps didnt work well and i didnt know how to fix it. so i moved to max 2016 and now when i hover my mouse over the icons of menus and panels the name doesnt appear :/ its too difficult to continue like that for me specially coz im new to this software. has anyone had same problem as mine ? or think can help me ? id be thankful
