Nice impression! Is it Tadao Ando concrete? I would use a less hard brush in photoshop to place the dirt on thebuilding. The fireplace is floating but I don't have the idea that it was doneon purpose. Keep on the good work.

It is a campaign for a projectdeveloper in The Netherlands. They are searching for staff with this campaign. What they try to say in theslogan is: You have city's where you can work, you have city's where you cansleep. Will the next step be, recreation city's? This is a future idea of them. The developer has theslogan “because The Netherlands is never final”. That’s why we used sketch lines.
