  1. Oh,ok,that was a fast one.hehe. I just got a sudden "DING" when you said that, and yeah, your right.hehe,it doesnt have any thickness on it. thanks man.
  2. A friend ask me to make a simple presentation of a display showcase for a new car. Ive'd just attached the preliminary. As you can see,im having some problems with the windshield that was supposed to be transparent, but its not.i'ved check everything and am pretty sure that it is a correct glass material.or maybe outdoor glasses like this should have a different setting. it was a rush thing,he just gave me an hour to do the whole thing including rendering, so i just ended up hiding the windhield object in the render. though its done now,am still curious of what went wrong.can anyone tell me.thanks in advance.
  3. Yeah, same here dude,my apologies.I'll just treat you for a beer if i ran over you someday.
  4. nice work buddy!but i wont put spotlights on top of my stoves,it will get too oily. i love your alucomat material.
  5. yeah,i know....,my apologies to you guys. i always used the best words, and i never said anything bad against anyone, specially on there works.but if someone could say something harsh,im sure its no problemo for him to also take words like that. and i didnt intend to make it "hot", am just trying to show what does "levels" means.
  6. huh?that was what i called "helping".sorry if it seems to be being rude of taking the liberty to adjust it, for you to understand the meaning of "levels". i just thought your too dumb that you dont know what level means.
  7. its very true, coz you always needs a worktop next to your stove. Here, ived adjust the levels for you in photoshop.
  8. what ever you do,30-50 pages is really a heavy file for it to be decent and readable.i suggest that you upload the pdf file on the internet, and send the link on email. just a suggestion.
  9. I like the lighting on the revised one.i think whats wrong with the freestanding low height wall is that it looks like it was just placed there on top of the floor.this is just a suggestion just in case you would like, again,to revised it.have a cut on the floor, maybe a 150mm border and 100 mm deep from the edge of that wall, and put some pebbles.and maybe you would like to try putting a light under that ledge.and would you try having a cast concrete instead of the stack stone?just an idea. but anyway, its looking perfect.and about time constraint,it always sucks.coz we always wanted to have the perfect render, but we dont always have the perfect time.
  10. Clad them up with gypsum, make the column bolder, put up some backlighting.there's a lot of solution to that, depending on the concept of your space.is it contemporary,or classical?what does your client wants?what part of the room is it?put up the details and will work it out.
  11. overall, its nice, except to the freestanding basin area which needs some working. you might consider changing the basin,it looks like a regular square with a hole, and the ledge should extend out a bit longer than the basin.it looks like they are flushed in together.try working on the materials under your ledge.other than that, its perfect.
  12. it is nice, except that your post works in photoshop is pretty obvious.you might consider putting a frame on your graphics on the left wall, they look cheap on just having the images straight to the wall.the chair arrangement is kinda tight, no one would fit in there, try giving more space.your floor tiling looks like a map on a plane,i would remodel it by using real squares.i love your fridge. just a few tweaks and its kewl.keep it up dude.
  13. I did freelance works for more than a year, and i might say that I have earned way more than my usual job...for sometimes. What i mean is that sometimes you'll have a lot, sometimes none at all. And Tommy here is right, its a tough decision on going freelance, big competition out there. Make a feasibilty study, research and dig up,see if there's a market for freelancers in your area. Dont rush up, you might end up regreting it. ...tommy, new avatar there, nice one.
  14. BKittsARC, i love your work. i dont know aaron, actually, i still prefer an old photoshop rendered plan rather than a 3d plan unless your showing it an angled camera. what you can do is to show your boss some options, and tell him that the angled camera shot is better than the other one.about the details that you wanted to hide, you dont have to make it "detailed detailed",just have a clear presentation of what you wanted to show.anyway, its just a presentation to the client to tell him what goes where, and is not to show him the detail of the loose furniture which would certainly be different form what they will buy afterwards. but your 3d floorplan is nice,am not saying its not.
