It's possible that that kind of wood exists, but I haven't seen it either.
Normally "white" wood is a light cream color. And painted wood wouldn't be really reflective, it would be similar to wall paint. But painted wood also more or less has a consistent color (the color of the paint), so you wouldn't want much of the grain in the diffuse map.
