    I saw that you might have some nice sky hdris, day, sunset, and/or night. If you could send me a link to the FTP where I could possibly download them that would be awesome. Thanks a bunch. Also I am using vray and 3ds max and was looking if you might know some good night setup files or tutorials, thanks again. My email is rsjunderground@hotmail.com

    A technique I use is mask out the windows in photoshop. Overlay the sky in the window areas and give it transparency.

    Very nice - what was your average render time for each frame.

    I thought the new Max 2009 Mental ray system uses proxy objects. Then it would work like Vray and you could use as many proxies in the model without dragging the render time.

    If you are using Vray displacement turn it off and try to fake the carpet. That will really cut the render times.

    The same message is popping-up in my renders too. I am using Vray.

    ha ha - yes my cat sleeps on my chair all the time and the other one walks back and forth behind my monitor then sleeps there all day. Funny - they only do that when I am working there.
