  1. well if anyone is interested i have about a hundred or more custom hatches. If anyone wants them let me know. Also, the correct way to install hatch patterns in to AutoCAD 2007 is to go to: mycomputer/programfiles/AutoCAD2007/support.
  2. OK so Im having a problem with the schedule layouts in architectural desktop 2004. every time i insert a schedule it reads in inches, instead of inches and feet. i want it to display 3'-6" instead of 36.5 how can i fix this problem? also, site plans call for a scale of 1"=20' when i use the custom scale box, it will not let me scale this setting. ive also tried 1:20 no result. How can i use a custom scale?
  3. sorry it took do long to reply chiquito. all you have to do is use a .ctb template instead of the automatic .stb template. then use your ctb pen style setting and BAM!!
  4. nevermind i figured it out.
  5. Since this is my first time posting here, let me start by saying hello to everyone. My name is Chris, from Phoenix. I am certified through Autodesk on AutoCAD 2000 and Architectural Desktop 3.3. I am a commercial designer by profession and use AutoCAD 2007 at work, but my heart is in 3d and residential design. So...here's my problem. I upgraded to Architectural Desktop 2004 about a week ago. Wow is it different! Well, I am having a problem getting my plot style to display in paperspace. And before anyone says it, yes I have the 'display plot styes' box checked. I read somewhere on the net that you would have to regen to get it to display correctly. Did that with no results. The only way I've been able to get it to display right is to make every layer white, and then make the layers I want lighter grey. Then it works, but as for plotting from one file, that would be a lot of resetting colors just to get it to look right. Does anyone have a solution for this?
