Typical situation when you have to make a high res render and memory might not be enough. Is it possible to calculate IM and LC for the whole image and then load them just to render crops/strips of it? I´ve read about calculating lighter IMaps working fine for bigger resolutions but not about using the whole calculations for rendering parts. Previous experiences taking this route seemed to work ok but still not sure if the theory is valid.
