  2. okay, to keep this very short: - I've deleted the advertisement by ka-ra. - @Speaker, since that post is deleted, could you alter/edit your post accordingly? - @ka-ra, since speaker is definatly not affiliated to Lumion, could you alter your post as well? - To both, edit your profile so it will show your real names, see forum rules!
  3. they make me very very very depressive...... the time it took to reply to all these threads he could have done a search in the forum.....
  4. I've bought GrowFX and I like it very much. The only thing that is a bit of getting used to is the GUI, other than that, its a great peice of software and it produces very good quality trees....

  8. devin, dont know abou the exact amount of buildings. but the project took around 4 months (1 person) We have developed a few methods to speed the whole process up significally. It prolly would take 4 weeks now....
  9. there is a few do's and dont's in IM, but everything else is very straightforward. during the calibration process you add markers, as soon as you are going to model in 3d, dont add any markers. use imagemodeler 2009 and be sure to download the sp1 for it. edit: Ow yeah.. here is an example of a city I modelled with IM: http://www.3idee.nl/google
  10. Just reply to the architect by saying: "Then how come I can make your crappy designs look so damn good!"
  11. these images are licensed by Microsoft from the Blom group in Denmark. If you ask Microsoft if you can use them, they say they have a license agreement with Blom.. If you ask Blom to use them they say they have a license agreement with Microsoft. So thats a nice circle.... Thisi is from my own personal experience btw. Microsoft is very copyright sensitive about this material. So my advice is not to derive anything from it. edit: EB3, these images are not taken with a satelite Perspective corrected push-broom photography they call it if i'm not mistaken.
