1. Thanks Scott it sounds good I'll give it a try !
2. Hi everyone, Same thing here I have another question related to all that and don't think I need to create a new thread for that. When I use the VrayLensEffect (until now) I bake it into my renders but this doesn't give me the level of control I'd like to have. So I tried not to bake it and render the passes but don't understand how to compile the passes in photoshop to get exactly what I'd get in the VFB, do any of you work with the passes instead of baking it in the render ? Thanks ! Chris
3. Hi everybody, I tried to follow koper's advices. Here is my new picture. I tried to put caustics but I didn't manage to create beautifull ones... I never had to use it and this scene has too many lights to learn using caustics. I'm gonna try on a smaller scene first. Waiting for your comments
4. Thanks for your replys and especially Koper for your quick work, increasing contrast gives the image more depth. As you said I'm gonna try to improve this image by post work. I already tried to use caustics in the water but I didn't manage to make it work correctly. I'll try to put caustics again.
5. Studio/Institution: Christophe Chevallier Client: Personnal work Genre: Residential Exterior Software: 3dsmax and Vray Website: http://chevallierc.free.fr Description: Hi everybody, I'm trying to do a villa at nightfall. I'm not sure about the sun lights. I put a vraysun and a vraydome with a hdri in textures slot. The interior lights are photometrics ones except in the pool where I used vraylight plane. I'd like this image to be more realistic but don't really know what to do to improve it... C&C are very welcome Bye Chris
6. Ok, Thank you for your advises. I don't understand what you mean by "make the image a bit punchier"? Could you be more precise ? I have a lot of work to do right now so I'm gonna try to correct the images as fast as possible. Thank you
7. Hello, Thank you for your comments and suggestions. I tried to correct my images. This is what I get. C & C are welcome
8. Hi everybody, This is my first post so I'm gonna explain a bit who I am... I do a vocational training in an architect agency as a computer graphist. It's been nearly a year I'm doing it and I still have lots of problem. I'd like to insert my 3d draw in a picture for this project. But it really doesn't work and I don't know what to do to correct it. So if anyone can tell me everything about how to do that kind of thing I'd be pleased and recognizing... Thx Ps : I work with 3dsmax 2009 with vray
