  1. Nice work Simon. I think I would have left out the guy in the foreground but otherwise I really like it.
  2. I'm not really sure what the icons represent to the left of each post. Sometimes they are red and sometimes blue. I thought they may change once I've read a thread but they dont seem to change colour ever.
  3. I like it, interesting concept. Prefer this to the upvc ones we have knocking around all over, I'm not a fan of conservatories at all but I'd like something like this! Nice renders.
  4. Fantastic images Nicolas, and your website looks great too.
  5. Another thumbs up from me too, great image. I agree about that lamp post tho, I would have left it out.
  6. haah nice image Arnold, but I get the impression that your client is a middle aged single guy.
  7. Yer I like these, could do with a bit more post process tweaking but it looks good so far. Nice sized houses too, I need me one of those

  9. I went shopping for a laptop recently and there are some 3d display models available now. However I draw the line at having to wear glasses to use the features. HD is good enough for me!
  10. Hi Andrew, really nice images I especially like the second one. Like the comments already made, the textures just need a little work. How do you find the modo workflow in architecture? I'm looking at it at the moment as a viable alternative to sketchup but I have the feeling I will get frustrated with the interface. Did you work in another area of 3d visualisation before coming over to architecture?
  11. Really nice image, could do with a bit more contrast but its a really nice model.
  12. Hi John, Well for £779 you can get a 16" dell XPS laptop with 4gig of ram and a 512MB ati graphics card. I am thinking about one myself at the moment actually and have been looking for a few weeks now. The Dell range seem extremely well priced for the spec. I'm looking to replace my Sony that died, and so far I've tried an Asus and an Acer laptop and both their screens were hideous to use, far too many uneven bright spots. If you are willing to spend a little more you can get a hell of a machine from Dell whilst the sale is still on. An i7 cpu and 1GB graphics card for around £999 (350 off at the moment). My advice would be to try to look at the machine before buying, alot of these modern screens are absolute rubbish. My friend has a Dell so luckily I have seen the screen and they are pretty good. Also consider MSI aswell as their screens are nice too. I'd love to get another Sony but their price structure is crazy compared to everyone else but they definately have the best screens.
  13. I actually love the blue light, altho it looks more like a 'dawn' than dusk shot, specially if its UK based. Excellent renders, keep up the great work!
