  1. Hi Does anyone know if there will be support of photometric light in future releases, such as the possibily to use IES profiles in your lights? Something I'm really missing, and the only reason why I'm thinking about maybe not converting but buying VIZ. Of course I would prefer to stick to Cinema and save the money. Also the possibility to import dwg file format. Of course there's DXF which I hear works fine if 3D but not so well if 2D.
  2. Hi Making this room, let me now what you think so far. Looked at ref photo combined with my own elements. Thinking about ref on floor, but maybe too much. Been a little trip through PS for color correction.
  3. So I've taking some into account for this update, changed the lighting situation. I know the BG isn't too good.
  4. Alright thanks for critism You're right about the carpet and BG and light too :-) Not sure about the bed spread which it is meant to be.
  5. Hi C&c welcome on this. MAX and Vray.
  6. Studio/Institution: None Genre: Residential Interior Software: Cinema 4D, Photoshop Website: http://www.jlgraficum.com Description: None
  7. I sort of remade the whole scene. Let me know what you think.
  8. Thanks Well I must admit the critism I wanted was mostly aimed at execution and rendering not so much design. I was just looking some photos for ref. while not being 100% loyal. But I`ll take things into consideration for updates. THanks so far.
  9. Hello C&c welcome on this kitchen, a personal thing I'm working on. There are some minor artifacts I know. I'm not a designer or architect, just 3D guy. Modelled, textured and rendered in Cinema 4D.
  10. Ehm not sure if this is for me, but no I don't use XSI, I only have knowledge of Cinema 4D and MAX. Mainly use Cinema for personal taste. The pool image(if you're talking about mine) is all modeled and rendered in Cinema.
  11. I just made them out of a box (cube) or several. extruding, bridging and moving points. Then applying hyperNURBS. Pillows pretty much the same. As I'm looking for any way to earn a little on my 3D, is making models and put up for sale something to take serious?
  12. Speaking of furniture modeling, what you think of these sofas I made in C4D Sofa Sofa2
  13. That sounds good about Vray Though it will be a standalone, number one would be integration into the application. But you can't have it all I guess.
  14. Hi I was wondering if there's any alternative to the Advanced Render. Like Max has Vray, FR, Brazil etc. One that has radiosity/GI of course I don't get the impression there is.
  15. Well I guess it depends on wether it's a privat or drawing office. My assistance could be making the CAD modeling come to life with proper lights, materials and rendering. It is seen that some drawing offices or architectural firms have need for this, maybe because of lack of expertise and time etc. Also I could make additional modeling and implement them in the scenes if necessary which are not possible in their CAD software. But I can also do the entire modeling in Cinema, it depends on the clients needs and criteria then. Yes I know I'm working on it But just making pictures out of nothing can be hard. What I do now is I just pick up inspiration in every media and combine it with my own. I will indeed in the future Thanks
