  1. Nice work. Not crazy about the one tree smack right in the middle of render. You should remove that even though ya it's part of the landscaping scheme. Creates less emphasis for the building itself.
  2. Lighting could be better. Love the sense the render gives of the wind blowing.
  3. Nice visual concept. I find the 3d model to be overly white. Some of the details are bleeding together. To much contrast. I think adjusting this part of the render will help with focusing the eye more on the model.
  4. You're getting there. Could use some GI. The shadows are way to dark. The model of the house itself could use a bit more detail, such as a foundation, framing around the garage door, etc. to give it more life. To boxy otherwise. Go for a walk around your neighborhood and take note of the little things you see.
  5. Thanks dbibb. Your original suggestion worked for me. (Switch to the default scanline render, go to the Raytracer tab, and turn off "show messages") Was getting annoying.
  6. Not bad. I find the lighting to be deceiving. The scene gives the impression of having some kind of architectural skylight above the room, but there isn't one. Keep plugging away. We all keep getting better with time.
  7. - I get the feel of a dull day but there is blue in the sky. Perhpas make things a little brighter and use a different map for your sky. - Typically copper is not used for homes of this style. If you have seen this, perhaps you could add more of a patina to the copper. - I Agree that the tudor is looking flat. More depth is needed. The model as a whole looks great.
