  1. thanks george for your comments... am working on the model again, hoping to put up a better rendering this time with all comments incorporated... thanks again
  2. thanks penaloza.... what you noted about modelling is spot on .. lol for the background... the office is actually set inside a huge steel plant, i mean it is surrounded by industrial structures on all sides, thus the background.
  3. Studio/Institution: Personal Genre: Office Interior Software: 3ds max 2009, vray 1.5 and some photoshop Description: C n C most welcome...... want to make this rendering look more alive... any suggestions
  4. All i can say is "WOW", these kind of work are an inspiration to startups like us.... what softwares went into this beauty?... and again man just simply awesome work. Hope to see much more from u.
  5. Real nice work Manoj. I guess what he means by the ozone layer is the circle around the sun. I think you should loose the sun totally, as it only distracts the eye from the main subject. Are these the intended colours, i think they have become quite pale in the sun, try and saturate them a little bit. Other than that perfect shot.... would love to see the end product.
  6. i agree with tristan about the camera height. Would love to see a more human eye level dynamic shot of the room. Lighting and texturing is good but can use some more improvement. Overall a good effort.
  7. thanks a ton videep I have not yet used AO on this one, will be doing that when i get the lighting correct a bit. Post work makes me jittery, dont know much about it anyways. Will try and make things work the way u ppl have suggested. First of all will try to hit the floor. Thadluv : I would love to know what you mean by changing my linear workflow a bit?..... should i play with the gamma or the bright and dark multipliers. Adding contrast also went a tad over my head. I mean should i brighten up the lights more or increase their contrast coiefficient?. All your inputs are really helping me improve ... keep them coming
  8. this is what i have come up with since last time. Please ignore the materials which have not been worked on till yet. I got a stupid 1GB P4 machine which i work on so it kinda gets slow and hangy... I would love to have your input on the lighting and the materials of the furniture and flooring. I found the shadows a bit too odd (for the chairs). This is caused by proposed track lights which i am placing directly above the table in the parts of the ceiling grid which is exposed. Dunno if it looks ok, might need to tune down the lights it seems to me C & C most welcome... Looking for your inputs. Thank you in advance
  9. thanks a ton guys for ur views... am working on it and this motivation will takem e through i guess.. thank you again
  10. some crits please.... i am waiting patiently... 100 views (50 of them must be mine) and still no reply!!!!.... anything will do plzzz
  11. pretty nice for the first post.... i personally took ages to reach where you are right now. What softwares/plugins are u using?..... Try out tree storm for trees. fantastic tree models, and you could light up ur scene with hdri lighting too..... cheers. really excited to see what magic u can weave
  12. wonderful man... really nice lighting, mood and absolutely fantastic textures
  13. Hi, Recent project of mine... still in the lighting and texturing stage after 2 days of work. I am facing a peculiar problem with the wooden floor, that of specular reflection. When i try to reduce the refl glossiness of the material i get noise in my reflections. I am using low settings for the vray renders. Could that be one of the reasons. Secondly i would like opinions as to how to improve the lighting overall and anything that needs fixing. The project deadline is 2 weeks away and i have still some time for experimenting Thanking you in advance
  14. Wow lovely images gaurav is all i can say. Only feel that it can do with some AO addition. That will bring about the corners more nicely. Rest texturing and lighting is spot on.
