  1. Hi all! I need you assistance on this. I'm using V-Ray Adv 3.00.04 and I'm having problems with some instanced lights in a big scene. The thing is that I have a group of lampposts and some of them work, some of them don't and I can't find a reason for that because, every render I made, the on/off pattern changes. I've tried checking "probabilistic lights" on and off and changing the light type but it continues rendering the same way and it's driving me crazy. Hope you can help... Thanks in advance!
  2. Don't be so pretentious! Very interesting thread indeed.
  3. Very Nice!. Maybe it's a bit too clean Thanks for the mini-tutorial.
  4. Nice image but I agree with IC's comments. Image are "overexposed" on some areas. Try to reduce the intensity of the light. The plant on the left is quite strange, I would remove it. Armchairs seem out of scale.
  5. Really nice. I would only apply some textures to those grey panels and reduce the saturation of the grass a bit.
  6. Very Nice. Composition is a bit too simmetric for my taste. I would just use some displacement on the grass and try to add some volume in the roof.
  7. A camera correction modifier would help. Nice work.
  8. You can download some from the free stuff section on evermotion web: http://www.evermotion.org/?unfold=free_stuff Good luck
  9. Very nice. Looking at your close ups, I think you can redistribute your poligons in a better way if you chamfer those hard edges and delete steps in the flats sections. Dunno how to explain better, excuse my poor english.
  10. Lighting is very nice. No crits, maybe the glass reflections are a bit weird.
  11. Thanks a lot, Chunwai!. It would be great if you could post a scene with your lighting setup. Not with your scene of course but with a simple box with flipped normals.
  12. It´s not that bad. Try to get more contrast between light and shadows and add some textures to these walls. The position of the watermark is also a bit distracting. The water could be more visible and appealing. keep on working, is a good start.
  13. They are nice but a bit flat. I think it is due to the lack of shadows and light contrast. In the exterior image, for instance, we can see the light direction looking at the shadows of the trees but, if you look at the building, the two facades we see have the same lighting intensity.
  14. Very nice!. It reminds me to Richard Serra's work
  15. Very good work. How about some nice caustics from the pool?
