hi guys, I just started using DR and i have 4 computers with dual cores but when i render i only get 5 buckets. shouldn't i be getting 8 buckets rendering?

hi rick...thanks for the quick reply. my reflection/refraction max depth was not checked when i rendered this. i also tried it at 10 but the material is still not reflecting properly. any other thoughts on this?

hi guys, i recently encountered a problem with a material that was not producing proper reflections. (please see attachement) the material has a refraction of 1.01 and a fog multiplier of .15. it has a vray light on the back that produces the light. it is suppose to look like a back-lit acrylic but i can not seem to figure out why it doesn't produce correct reflections on the floor. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks!

hi! i am trying to increase my ram timings. the problem when im using sandra04 and memtest86 to stress test my ram my computer hangs, but when im using prime 95 its stable. the questions 1. should i be worried 2. is it possible i have destroyed my ram by changing the timings any help would be very much appreciated

hi pare! aside from what jeff commented, i think the wall panelling should be properly aligned with the wall openings. the vertical lines should end properly or should be evenly spaced.

hi ceasar, the grass was made by using clip-maps arranged for this view..i got it from marlin studios.
