  1. started off as a vray lighting test 3ds max 7, vray, photoshop cs overall 5hrs comments and critiques r welcome =)
  2. na it's vray here's the finished product... FINALLY!!!!
  3. hey nooxy, it's great to meet another member from the caribbean, well i did the final stuff within an hour, cuz the deadline was ridiculous, so now they got changes so i'm gonna do it over perfect
  4. 3ds max and photoshop took me 8hrs to complete can u guys recommend any changes or adjustments?
  5. hi EricMLevy, i got 2 crits, the shadow casted by the tree in the centre is wrong, it's huge and the tree on the right looks as if it was just placed there, it's too sharp. i suggest scaling down the tree to the right and giving it a little blur to give the scene more depth.
  6. hi smighty, very nice work, except i don't see a reason for the lights to be on, so how about changing it to a night scene? i believe this change would make it a beautiful render. good work!
  7. hi ishpalsingh, this was a "rush" job, the deadline was ridiculous, they supplied the photo of where the location of the house would be, then i angled the house model in 3ds max to the exact position of the picture supplied, no bkg image to ground plane, just the house model, so when it rendered, i saved it as a tif to preserve the alpha channel. Afterwards i brought the client picture and my still into photoshop and merged them together, routed out the cables and fixed up to suit. so photoshop is an amazing life saver for this field of work filters used were diffuse glow, gaussian blur and adjusted by curves hope this helps
  8. i spent like, 5-10mins on each still thanks all for the comments
  9. hey everyone, it's been a while since i last posted here, it's good to be back, been busy with projects and work, here's the latest. it took me roughly 15mins to render each, photoshop was used afterwards
  10. tight schedules suck bigtime, compared to the other rooms, the meeting room looks so boring now. Did you have any ideas for the meeting room?
  11. it looks as though you used stills for the wine bottles, glasses and plates...besides that it looks very good... =)
  12. its great man, but do you think the chairs are a lil too polished?
