  1. Ridiculously good. No crits at all in any of the images, possibly the best I have seen!
  2. Building looks superb, think the lighting is perfect for this building in this environment! The landscaping needs to be looked at in my opinion, tree's look a little copied down the right hand side?
  3. Thanks for the comments and taking the time to look, really appreciated! Thanks
  4. Studio/Institution: Michael Jones Creative Design Genre: Residential Exterior Software: 3DS Max, Vray, Photoshop Website: http://www.mjcd.co.uk Description: Finally got round to doing the rear visual to my previous front visual.
  5. The placement of the people in these are fantastic and fit perfectly... would love to know how you managed it!
  6. Yeah everything is made in 3D Studio... Just working on the rear visual now! Some bits still need attention as I have seen better grass that I want too achieve and also the paving could be better, it's just finding the right tutorial...
  7. Thanks for the comments! All have been taken on board and tried to improve... Its really appreciated for taking the time to comment

  9. Great work, love the light coming through the window as an image I think it would be better if the people were not there but I know clients can be fussy... Also is that lens flare in the bottom left? If it is I would get rid of it (personally)! Other than that its a really great work
  10. Nice image, I am liking the textures used... My only problem is with the chromatic aberration used, I like it around the outside of the building and the tree I'm just not sure about having it on the wooden panels at the front? Makes it look funny colours?
  11. Thanks very much for the comments! Hopefully I will do another one soon and see if I can produce similar results...
  12. Great image, especially in the timescale! I like the use of only a couple of colours, really nice composition and feel about it... Definitely an improvement on the original with only a few tweeks! Nice work!
  13. Studio/Institution: Michael Jones Creative Design Genre: Residential Exterior Software: Sketchup, 3DS Max, Photoshop Website: http://www.mjcd.co.uk Description: I was asked as a challenge to see what I could do with this Sketchup model using Photoshop. I brought the Sketchup model into 3D Studio for the environment and then everything else added in Photoshop. Let me know what you think. Cheers.
  14. sorry mate didn't see this message till now.

Theres loads of jobs/work out there at the minute. Yeh they are a good company. Not sure if they used to be Smoothe but some of the directors of the Manchester arm of Smoothe started it up when the Manchester arm folded, a couple of the other directos did there own thing, so the collapse of Smoothe meant a few new companies popped up around town. The Neighbourhood and OurStudio are the ones I know of, one of the other guys went to Arc Media and the rest back down south I think.

  15. Yeah I just use my website as a bit of an online portfolio sort of thing, for any sort of graphics work that I can offer to any private clients, just lets them know i'm a man of many talents haha... I know, I thought I'd throw your name about on my client list as I liked that logo even if it is a bit c0ck and ball-ish! Looks like you have landed a decent position there mate especially if there keeping you on there, you must be doing something right and we have seen a bit of a rise in work so there is plenty out there! Did The Neighbourhood used to be Smooth?
