Hi guys... I am having a lot of problems with my system for the last couple of months.. i am having
windows version: Windows 7 Service Pack 1, 6.1, build: 7601
Hardware: ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC., P8Z77-M
CPU: GenuineIntel Intel® Core i7-2600K CPU @ 3.40GHz Intel586, level: 6
8 logical processors,
RAM: 17124790272 total
Frequently system crashes with blue screen.... i fount out from my crash dump that i am having a problem with this:
This was probably caused by the following module: ntoskrnl.exe (nt+0x75B80)
Bugcheck code: 0x4E (0x99, 0x122982, 0x0, 0x122782)
Error: PFN_LIST_CORRUPT
file path: C:\Windows\system32\ntoskrnl.exe
product: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System
company: Microsoft Corporation
description: NT Kernel & System
Bug check description: This indicates that the page frame number (PFN) list is corrupted.
This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem. This might be a case of memory corruption. More often memory corruption happens because of software errors in buggy drivers, not because of faulty RAM modules.
The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver that cannot be identified at this time.
So i searched in a lot of internet forums and found out that updating my bios this prblm will get resolved... So i updated my bios..as well as my windows... but still its crashing... i have lost some of my workflows because of this... can anyone help me out with this... I have no idea what to do...
