    Checklist

Has anyone produced a Revit checklist? What I need is something that a checker can go through systematically before a drawing is outputted. I specifically need an MEP one but if there are any structures or architectural ones then I may be able to adapt them to suit. Thank you for any help you can provide.
  2. Cheers kankan, Fortunately I have a little bit of time to experiment before I start on the real thing. I'll pop into a book shop & 'browse' the titles you've recommended before I think about purchasing but thank you for at least contributing to my question.
  3. Post it then, don't hijack someone else's thread
  4. Hi guys, Well I'm finally making the switch over to Revit (Structure) & I would like to know apart from the stock ones with the software, what is your best resource for tutorials. Don't forget I'm at the beginning! Cheers all
  5. Was the text created on a layer that is frozen or off?
  6. That's how I interpreted it. Horhe Freelancers can work from anywhere though surely in this 'modern age'.
  7. Frame 5 for me, the close up of the sofa does it.

    2005

Try this: If you right click on the Autodesk 2005 shortcut and choose compatibility, select Windows XP SP2 and run the program as administrator as default. AutoCAD 2005 will run.
  9. I'm sure there is a way but I can't recall the actual CMD. For now as long as all the points correspond along the z axis, try the front view & move them all to the 0 point or x axis.
  10. In the 3rd picture (yellow house) I think your brick mapping under the windows is 90 degrees out.
  11. Try holding CTRL while zooming.
  12. Not sure on the first image due to lack of 'reality' & not sure why the DOF is there or what you are focusing in on. That's my 2 penneth of cold tea.
  13. A bit, coming from Melbourne where I used to live many years ago I'd say you'll have a shock but I guess everything is relative in comparison. As long as you're working & working well you'll survive & have enough to have a tinnie at the Walkabout.
  14. Very nice, only crit is a spelling mistake in the 4th render - OFFCE.
  15. Nit pick as I enjoy your work - If you had that apartment, you'd never live with that cable like that would you. It's so untidy! How much did you model?
