Hi, PFA, We have just now upgraded to 3d s max 2014, But sometime while rendering interior files we face the error mentioned in the image. Previously we used max 2012 and 2013 but we have not gone across such a problem, Please provide your valuable opinions for solving this problem.

3dsmax file getting hanged and max operator says it is a hardware problem and hardware person after checking feels that it is file optimization and file handling problem. need your suggestions. 2 hours ago
