It has a very nice overall feel but a couple of things i'd change are the material on the sink, doesn't really go with the rest of the kitchen and then you've got it with a brass tap. Also your floor tiles are too big and your dining table is too high.

The updated brickwork looks blurred, and your foliage in the foreground looks too yellow.

Nice work, love the grass but I can't work out what's producing the long shadows?

Can you render another version with your glass as a mirrored material then you can select this layer using your alpha and make the reflections as strong as you like.

I'd get rid of the newspaper and also the rug in the bottom right corner, then maybe crop a little off the bottom. You also seem to have some curtain rings with no curtain attached, i'd get rid of those. Your Horizon line seems a little high too so have a look at dropping that.

You really need to sort out the black area under the desk in the 2nd image and the 1st image looks a little flat.

Is it not the reflection of your HDRI?

Or you can use the Vray wirecolor and that will give you a file where each element is a different colour.
