Connect two polygons with each other

Hey,

So as it can be deduced from the image, I want to somehow connect the head with the rest of the body, so that the gap between head and body isnt visible, and so that they are connected. How can I make multiple polygons to connect the head with the body and get rid of the gap between head and body.

I would delete the cap on each object, attach them with an edit poly modifier and then manually target weld them together at the vertex level (also an edit poly function).

I would do the same as Corey said. Simple way.

If you kept your polygons consistent, (Same number and orientation) you could transform everything to one polygon mesh and select commend polygons and apply bridge, this will connect the polygons and delete old ones.

Bridge is an interesting tool. But it requires open holes. Just delete the caps and this will make an extra polygon between objects that smooth the transition.
