Backburner 2016 Manager error: Error 0xFFAA0000 Communicating with server

Hi

I have a farm of about 10 machines. Only one of them when it tries to connect to the Manager gives these errors on the Manager (Backburner 2016, Windows 10, problem server is on IP 192.168.1.89):

might sound silly -

try a few of these things 1 by 1:

restart machine

run server as administrator (right click run as admin)

try a different IP address (if this doesnt work test an automatic assign)
