Looking for feedback and critique

Good day to everyone, this is my first post on the forum.

I am kind of new in the field of architecture visualization, started working with 3dsMax and V-ray for the first time probably 5-6 months ago.

Was looking for a place where I can get some feedback on my work and tips to help me move on and advance in my renderings, and your forum looks like the place for that.

Any feedback on what I can work on more, what needs improvement and such is welcome.
