This often happens when your system units are too big/small for the size of scene you're working on.

 

If you're working on small scale items then consider having your system units as mm, if you're working on large scenes (like the majority of arch vis) then have it set to meters. This does not affect your display units.

Ditto with this. Also 'just chnging the scale' won't solve your problem, you need to understand first how scale system works.

 

Also be sure your geometry is close to 0,0,0 and nothing else is floating around your scene.
