Advice On Hiring 3D Artist

Hi there. I'm the owner of a New Jersey based animation studio. Today, the Director of Communications at real estate development company expressed interest in having some architectural visualization work done. I wanted to get some advice from this forum on what I should look for in hiring a 3D arch vis artist, and the process required for bringing my client's idea to life.

What kind of animation do you normally do? If you do 3d rendering animation then you should be ok doing the arch-vis stuff too, but if you're more of a post house or a motion graphics shop it will be a tough transition. I think you might be better subbing this one out and observing the pipeline.
