According to Norwegian copyright laws, you can freely photograph people in public domain and use them in your visualisations providing that they are not the main focus in your image and does not make up more than 10% of your canvas. This is without asking for consent..... however, I sometimes get the feeling that I am in an ethical greyzone..... How is the copyright laws in your country regarding this "problem"? How do you solve the "problem"? Even when buying professional collections I have this vague feeling that some of the companies have not asked for permission from the people in the collection..... Do you ask people for consent?
