  1. Has anyone watched any of the episodes? CGI The graphic quality of the characters reminds me of Computer Game Engines. There is no difference (to me) to the quality of Asooka (the Padawan of a non-Jedi Master??) to that of a monster in Quake. I mean, the graphics of Crysis are better! I feel they've tied the graphic style (Americanised Anime wannabe) to the quality and they say, "No, it doesn't look bad - that's the style" The actress lending her voice to Asooka (Ashley Eckstein) is HOT. http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0237065/ I hate Count Dooku - he looks ridiculus! Same for Padme Amidala. Obi-Wan isn't modelled too badly. The mechanical objects look good. The pre-Star Destroyers look like something someone from here could turn out if they wanted to. Story / Plot / Continuity To me, the biggest glaring error is that Anakin has a Padawan. He moans and groans in the 3rd movie (set AFTER this series) about how the council won't confer the title of Jedi Master to him. Other than that, it's nice to have the time in a 20+ episode series to explore more of this Universe. However, I would have preferred if they had choosen to follow some other character's story rather than the same characters over and over again. I mean, we know they're not going to get General Grievous - he's in the 3rd movie. Afterword I just wonder if the films were MADE in the order they are NUMBERED if we'd be seeing a completely different set of cartoons - "Star Wars - Rebellion" - where we follow the escapade of Luke, Leia and Chewy as they deal with the lose of Han Solo (he had just been frozen) and they plan their final assault against the Empire. Whispers have it that they are building a new weapon of mass destruction - even more deadly than the Death Star... Having been born when Wolly Mammoths walked the Earth, I saw Star Wars when it first came out. There was NO Epsiode 1,2,3 or 4 - it was just Star Wars. I remember they raised the price of movie tickets to $3.25 and I thought it was crazy, but paid it all the same. I remember the text that crawled up the screen at the beginning was wobbly as hell. I remember when Luke crashed his X-Wing into the swamp, we had NO IDEA what Yoda looked like. When Yoda tried to steal his torch (flash light), we thought he was just a semi-intelligent critter that would point the way to Yoda. I remember EVERYONE talking and guessing and speculating about what the Jedi Master would look like (everyone assumed Humanoid, as Luke, Ben Kenobi, and Darth were Humanoid). There would be NO mystery or incestous kisses between Luke and Leia - we'd know they were siblings. There would be no gossip or speculation in the intervening years between movies if Luke or Han would 'get the girl' - we would have just seen Leia and Luke being born in the previous movie. So, I think a LOT of the mystery that surrounds the over-all interdependancy and relationship between the movies would not be the same.
