  1. Hi, please take a look at the image attached, this is a problem I get from time to time. I'm using standard spot lights with Vray Shadows, as I have a million times in the past with no problems, but inexplicably they start to cast this grey effect on the geometry the stronger I make them. I'm not doing anything different with my light setup than usual. Normally, to get over this, I have to merge the scene into a fresh file without the lighting, then relight the scene but this isn't working this time. I'm not really looking for an alternative method of lighting, but a reason for this to be happening. It seems fine up to a point, then the lighting just gets screwed. Thanks for any help. The spotlights are set to 25.0 multiplier with decay. Dome light set at 2
