  2. Hey guys, Not sure if this is the right place to post but I've got a question about some artifacts I'm getting in glass reflections in Twinmnotion 2018 as seen below: I originally thought it was something to do with my graphics card as it is a 780 however as I checked on the tutorials on the twinmotion youtube channel, they have the same problems and I'm assuming they run on much better machines. FYI: I am away from my own PC today so the above image is from one of the Twinmotion 2018 tutorials i was talking about.
  3. Hello all! I am looking for someone experienced, based in Australia who wouldn't mind consulting me over certain queries i am having regarding opportunities, jobs, and most importantly, the dreaded visa. I looked up the list and there are more than 29 types which one can apply for, but our industry does not fall in any of the skilled categories. Send me a message and i shall get in touch.
  4. Visualize your project like you are really in the building you designed. Look right, look up, and move forward with a joystick. Is this immersive view only reserved for gamers, and this kind of technology is still out of reach for Architects? NO. Thanks to Twinmotion, Visual Reality is now possible in the architectural world. If you have an Oculus Mask with you, download the executable file generated by Twinmotion, then try to run it with Oculus: http://twinmotion.abvent.com/bimmotion/ You simply have to have Oculus runtime 0.8 installed on your computer, and have Oculus turned on, then Oculus will be recognized in the "Monitor list". Connect your joystick too, then walkthrough in the scenes that our architects have created, discover an architectural project before construction. I hope you enjoy it and don't forget to share with us your experiences! Tianxiao http://www.twinmotion.com

It'd be great to find inspiration in that field, together with community forums, etc. Thanks a lot in advance AM.

  10. Hello, First of all, sorry for the long message, as I know you should be very occupied and have little time to read every long messages from unknown persons that arrive here. The thing is that, I am trying to describe why you should talk to me and give me an opportunity, in just a post. It's not an easy task. My name Miguel Duarte Nunes, and I am a 3D Designer, willing to work in any part of the EU (I am portuguese, so I can work in the EU). I am writing to enquire if you have any vacancies in your company, or if you could point me in the right direction. I have a five-year work experience in graphic and retail design and 3D visualisation/ animation (which include a good knowledge of video production, editing and post-production), and I have worked with brands like Puma, Rockport, Timex and Parfois, between others. For the last five years I have been working in the leading online shopping company in Lisbon from which the last two as a Design Manager of a mid-size team providing brand visual communication, interior retail designs and 3D visualisations/animations and videos focusing on customer experience and brand identity. Most of my work, as it was requested by the clients and can be seen on my portfolio, was mostly retail design and 3D visualisations with small animations of the store interiors, however, I feel comfortable with exteriors as well, and some animation. There was also a lot of graphic and web design work that had to be done (almost every graphic element in the 3D stores were my creation), like graphic communications of the brand stores, and every graphic element of the website. I take great pride in the design work I create and always thrive to deliver an effective, focused and creative interiors that fits the company needs and goals. I am an enthusiastic and committed designer, with a keen to detail eye, a hand-on approach and a teamwork mentality. My career goals are a continuous self-improvement. With me you will be having not just a creative designer, but a professional who thrives to be better, and inspires others inside the team to do the same. My portfolio (Please take the time to see it as I really think you will like it, there is also my CV in the websiteMiguelDNunes-CV.pdf) is at: http://migueldnunes.wix.com/design (the logo, and web design of the site are also my creation) I have excellent references and would be delighted to discuss any possible vacancy with you at your convenience. In case you do not have any suitable openings at the moment, I would be grateful if you would keep my information on file for any future possibilities or referrals. Thank you for your time and consideration. Sincerely, Fernando Miguel Duarte Nunes Mendes
  11. I would like to ask if it is possible to visualize temperature in 3D over time. Something like this. http://www.dglogik.com/images/dg_imac.png The problem with the this software is, that you need a building automation system data output to feed a visualization like this. Is there any other way? It doesn't have to be eye catching, just functional. Thank you for any help.
