thanx for the reply IC, now a new problem... i never composited an exterior befor, so i would love to get some tips and best ways to achieve a photoreal result, i think i need to add some foliage, trees, sky, walking people maybe, cars and i think i have to close the scene from the back with a nice fence... the thing is what are the best ways to do so and where to get the materials ?

Regards ;)

Hmmm no easy answer to that one.

You can use RPCs, clip maps on flat polygons facing the camera or good old compositing in Photoshop.

Most renderers let you place a background image behind your model and then give you the option of Front Projection mapping this image onto elements of your model. You can't get much more photoreal than photos.

Or there's the 3d option. You can buy 3d people, trees and cars.....or model them(!) Generally not the photoreal approach.

As I said-no simple answer.

well, thanx again for the reply, i've been seeing alot of RPC work, and honestly i dont like it :) so i have two options i think, the first is to use 3d models of these things, and the second is faking them on photoshop... i think faking will be much faster, but i lack the materials (photos and techniques) !!

anyway i'm trying to simply use some high trees in the background and compositting them on photoshop, will post the result as soon as i finish. many thanx
