uvw question

I have a standard map of wood that I had to rotate to get a vert. graining pattern on some paneled walls. In the viewport and when rendered selected it's fine, but when I render scene it's horizontal. Tryed merging into new, re-assigning uvw map, even re-assigning the wood texture...anyone had this problem? :confused: PS I'm using max 7(.5) with radiosity

i've heard of a similar problem before and i think it's related to max 7.5 version.

is this your version too?

someone said that saving the scene, quiting max and reopening the file should fix this.
