aflack
Still work in progress at the moment but getting there, I need to do a some work to the trees and add shadows, they want silouette people as well. Any comments on how to improve would be good. Thanks.
Andrew Schroeder
I like it so far, the lighting situation is very nice. However, it is already looing sort of dark in areas, and adding silouette people will probably just make it darker.
aflack
I've adjusted the contast on a few things, I am happy with the general light in the space but the underside of the bridges were as you said much to dark so I have brought them back up. Here is the progress. Better?
mohamedberry
yeah you're on the right track i think adding some artificial light sorces will add to the scene, and maybe using white gravel instead of mud @ trees area will make the scene brighter... and oh if the orange big wall is ceramic tiles, maybe reflections ? fantastic render though
Ernest Burden III
yeah you're on the right track i think adding some artificial light sorces will add to the scene, and maybe using white gravel instead of mud @ trees area will make the scene brighter... and oh if the orange big wall is ceramic tiles, maybe reflections ? fantastic render though I agree with all of what is quoted, especially adding some life to the tile wall. And remember that silhouettes figures do not have to be black--they can be white, which would look about right if many people wear white robes (sorry, I don't know the proper term for what we often see men wearing in that region). aflack
Thanks for your crits, I didn't think about adding white gravel around the trees but I think it does look better, not sure I will be able to keep it though when the architect sees it. I haven't got any people from that part of the world so white silouettes are the best solution. I'm rendering the wall with some more reflection on now, it had quite a bit of refection on it in the first place but it just didn't seem to show up so I've added loads more now. Here's a WIP.
