breeze
Hi!!! I want you to criticize my work, please say all advantages and disadvantages. Thanks.
ecastillor
Its looking good..The glass on the table looks fantastic. In my opinion the interior look a bit dark. try adding a spotlight for that painting on the wall and increase lighting level overall.
ecastillor
By the way, what do you mean when you say "my second work(kitchen)"?
dexter
I like it...very simple, but nice...very smooth...can you post your vray settings? Thanks
enigma
It's very nice. Few crits...the light is distributed around the opening only, making other parts of the scene dim.imo, try adding filler lights to make it more evenly lit.
breeze
By the way, what do you mean when you say "my second work(kitchen)"? I mean that it is my second interior in 3d. I am a beginner in this area, but I think that my results are not so awful And I am also not so good in english. 2dexter: my settings are in the picture below. Also color mapping: intensity exponential, dark multi: 1.5, bright multi:1.0. 2enigma: I agree with you,but what do you mean by filler lights? skylight? I have tried to increase multiplayer of vray lights, also I increased multi of primary and secondary bounces, but the picture became unnatural. Sawyer
Have you tried using an overide color for the reflections? Might help brighten the image.
breeze
No. I will try. What multi should I use?
silviapalara
Really great for 2nd work. Only thing I may suggest is to use DOF to blur the outside building, because as bright and crisp as it is I think it detracts attention from the inside. But that's just my thought. jtiscareno
Great work, specially if it is your second try. One thing that is bothering me is the shadow-light in the chairs, the chair on the far right is correctly lit but the two in the center are all in shade but if you see the floor it is with sunlight... The table top looks great but it is casting a shadow like if it was a non-translucent object.
breeze
Thanks a lot. I was very glad to hear so many compliments from you ). I didn't expect it. Akzit, shadows in chairs and the table shadow are bothering me too. It is because I have used area shadows instead of vray shadows, with which I had a lot of troubles. I had to refuse using it. The trouble was that the objects in the scene seemed to be flying, because the shadows from the objects were not close to them. May be somebody had the same problem, it is very interesting for me to learn the decision.
