Tony
I drew an arc and then extruded the arc with 3 for heigth segments. Convert to editable poly and cut out the size of the window you need plus the radius of the curved surface of the window. Since this is an editable poly choose the "create shape from selection" and select the lines that outline the window cutout. Choose "linear" as the type. This creates a seperate object of the curved shape of the wall that can be used for the loft. Create an arc in the shape you want for the window curved surface. Use this for the loft object. You will have to adjust the center of the object to do the loft properly so it fits in the cutout on the wall. Convert and weld the loft object to the wall. Pick the window face and apply "make planar" to flatten the window surface. Inset and extrude to make the frame. It's not polymodeling, but it works and is doesn't take long to do.
