illyrianeye
I am trying to purchase a good book on Viz. Not a beginner book but something that deals with lighting, materials, radiosity etc. Any suggestions? Has anybody reviewed the 3DMax: lighting and materials, that is advertised on this site? ecastillor
I have "mastering viz" by george omura...but its way into the novice side..... It does deal alittle bit with radiosity and the use of photoshop with viz, so is great if you're on a middle level. To tell you the truth, the best resource for me has been this forum, along with the ones in evermotion, etc.....
ihabkal
you can get a book for max 7.5 or 7 and learn from it basically it will cover everything in viz too.
Brian Cassil
The problem with most books on max is they are probably going to be dealing heavily if not mostly with animations tools that aren't even available viz.
