Iain Denby
Got a problem with snaps in Viz 6. When I trace an elevation in the front viewport with 'snap to frozen' enabled, when I zoom right in on what I have just created in plan view, there is several lines showing (instead of 1). In other words the lines were not created on the same plane, so consiquently, if I extrude it, it shows an uneven surface. Actually I've just descovered, it's nothing to do with snaps. even when turned off, if I draw a series of rectangles within each other as one spline, the same happens. What the hell is going on ? Woody
I havn't a clue whats happening, but a possible fix is to go to none uniform scale and scale the verticies to 0 in the plane you want to flatten. Works with Auto CAD dwgs which arn't drawn properly as well. Hope thats of some use. Mark.
