Aspiring Visualizer!
I'm wondering if there is any possible way in Viz to create an animation using Automatic exposure?! (with no raytrace/ fancy lighting) instead of the typical Logarithmic exposure? Are there any automatic settings that I can revise so that it doesn't flicker??????! I had originally created a bunch of Images of 3 office towers using automatic, and I am now creating an animation. It looks great except for the flickering! I've tried it with logarithmic and it well...looks like crap! very faded and boring, not shiny and kinda realistic like it does with Automatic however it solves the flickering problem! Any advice is greatly appreciated!!! Thanks
abicalho
Cheryl, No, the help specifically says it's not supported. Automatic works by sampling each and every frame, thus creating the flickering.
AJLynn
Automatic exposure doesn't really work with... anything. And it messes up your levels. I used to use it because it's so nice and easy, but I don't think it's worth it - you can get better results by working with the lighting.
