Create or edit existing brushes in PS

how can i create or edit an existing brush in PS??

To create a brush...

 

Create a new image (I usually do a small one 200x200). Make a new layer and paint an image on it (whatever you want the brush to look like). Then under "Edit > Define Brush Preset". Done!

 

You can now use your new brush whenever you want.

 

To edit a brush...

 

Select your paint brush, then "Window > Brushes". There are plenty of options to play with.
